How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form on this site, chat with us, or send a WhatsApp message. Tell us the product, size, quantity and deadline, and attach artwork if you have it. We reply with a written quote for your job.
Do you offer same-day printing?
Same-day and rush options exist for many products, but they are subject to capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline. Tell us your deadline when you ask and we will confirm what is possible on the quote.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. The quote form accepts PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, TIFF, PSD, CDR and ZIP files, up to five files of 25 MB each. Our artwork guidelines explain how to set files up properly.
Can you design my artwork?
Yes. If you only have an idea, a rough sketch or a low-quality logo, we can quote for design work separately from printing so you know exactly what each part involves.
Where do I collect my order?
Orders are collected from our shop at Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City, opposite Newscafe Rivonia. Please confirm your order is ready before you come, and ask about delivery if you cannot collect.
