Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all quotes, orders and services supplied by Print-4-Less. By approving a quote or paying for an order you accept them. Where your quote states something different for your job, the quote prevails. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or other South African law.

Quotes are written and valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices, deposits and payment terms are as stated on your quote. Production normally begins once the quote is accepted, artwork is approved and payment or the required deposit is received. We may reprice a job if specifications, quantities or artwork change after quoting.

You must check and approve artwork and specifications before production. Once you approve, you are responsible for errors in the approved content, including spelling, contact details, images and colours. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, images, text and designs you supply, and you indemnify us against claims arising from their use. We may decline work that appears to infringe rights or is unlawful.

Colours on screen differ from printed results, and slight variances between print runs, materials, fabrics and processes are normal. Minor variance in cutting, folding, colour or positioning within normal industry tolerances is not a defect. Where exact colour matching matters, tell us before quoting.

Contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel an order. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started, and where they are, you remain liable for work done, materials ordered and custom items made for your job.

Turnaround times, including same-day, 24-hour, rush or overnight services, are estimates, not guarantees. They are subject to capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as supplier delays, power interruptions or courier issues.

Please confirm that your order is ready before collecting it from our Rivonia shop. Delivery is quoted per job and arranged on request. Risk in the goods passes to you on collection or on handover to the courier or delivery driver. Inspect your goods promptly and report any defect or shortage without delay, with photos where possible. Uncollected goods may be stored only for a reasonable period, after which we may charge storage or dispose of them after notice.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of the goods or services concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost business. We will correct or reprint where a fault is ours, as required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Questions can be sent to info@print-4-less.co.za.
