Brochures
Brochure printing that explains what you offer
When a flyer is too short to tell the story, brochure printing gives you room for services, products and contact details. We quote on brochures in several folds, sizes and paper weights.

When a brochure is the right tool
Brochures suit anything that needs a little explaining: a company profile, a restaurant menu, a property or school information sheet, a product range or an event programme. They stay with the reader longer than a flyer, which is why they are used at counters, meetings and trade stands.
For a single quick message, flyers are simpler. For many pages, consider booklets.
Brochure printing suits company profiles, menus and product ranges.
Folds and sizes
Options we can quote include a single fold (four panels), a tri-fold (six panels) and a gate or Z-fold for a more dynamic layout. Common finished sizes are A5, DL and A4 flat, folded down. A tri-fold DL fits neatly in a standard envelope; a single-fold A4 gives larger panels for images.
Fold type affects layout: the panel that folds inwards is slightly narrower, so supply artwork on the correct template or let us set it up for you.
Paper and finishes
A mid-weight coated paper folds well and shows images clearly. Heavier stock feels more premium but needs scoring to fold cleanly, which we handle during finishing. Matte lamination adds durability for brochures that will be handled often. We confirm paper, scoring and finishing on your quote.
Preparing brochure artwork
Send a print-ready PDF with all panels in the correct order, 3 mm bleed and 300 dpi images. Keep text away from fold lines. See the artwork guidelines, or ask for design quoted separately.
Timing, collection and delivery
Folding and scoring add a step to production, so turnaround is confirmed on the quote and is subject to capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline. Collect from our Rivonia shop once confirmed ready, or ask about delivery quoted per job.
Send your page count and quantity and we will quote brochure printing in writing.

Frequently asked questions
Which fold is best?
A tri-fold works for service lists and menus, while a single fold suits image-led pieces. Tell us your content and we will recommend.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes, brochures are normally double sided. Panel order matters, so we can supply a template.
Should I laminate?
If brochures will be handled a lot or used outdoors at events, lamination helps. For one-off handouts it may not be needed.
Can you design my brochure?
Design is quoted separately. Send your content and images and we will lay it out.
How fast can brochures be done?
It depends on capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline. We confirm on the quote.
