We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with South African law, including POPIA. This policy applies to our website, quote forms, chat and communications with us.

We collect information you give us through quote forms, on-site chat, email, WhatsApp and in person: your name, phone number, email address, delivery details, job details and any files you upload. We also collect site usage data through analytics tools, such as pages visited and device type.

We use this information to prepare quotes, produce and deliver orders, communicate about your job, keep business records, improve the website and protect it against abuse. Our legal basis is performing a contract or taking steps at your request, our legitimate business interests, legal obligations, and your consent where required.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and business, such as website hosting and security providers, analytics tools including WP Statistics, Burst Statistics and Jetpack (Automattic), and couriers when you request delivery. These providers may only use the information for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, including accounting records. Files you upload through the quote form are stored in private upload storage, not publicly listed. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no online system is completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to our processing of it, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your information has been mishandled.
