Delivery and collection

Orders are collected from Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City, corner of Rivonia Boulevard and 9th Avenue, opposite Newscafe Rivonia. Please call or WhatsApp to confirm your order is ready before you travel, and to check the shop is open for collection.

Bring your quote or order reference. If someone else is collecting for you, tell us their name beforehand so the handover goes smoothly.

Delivery is quoted per job and arranged on request. Tell us where the order needs to go, and whether it is a single box or a bulky item such as banners, boxes or signage, and we will confirm the delivery arrangement and its cost on your quote before anything is booked.

For installation of signage or vehicle graphics, installation is a separate service that is only included when it appears on your quote. See business signage and vehicle branding for details.

We pack work to protect it: flat items between boards, banners rolled or folded as suited to the material, garments bagged by size or batch where requested. Large or fragile pieces may need to be collected rather than shipped.

Please inspect your order when you collect it, or as soon as it arrives, and report any problem quickly with photos and your job details. Prompt reporting lets us look into it properly.

Timing depends on more than the print itself. Approved artwork, payment, job size, finishing, drying or curing, and our workload on the day all play a part. Same-day and rush options are subject to capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline, and we state the realistic ready time on your quote.
