Combining print jobs saves admin and keeps your branding consistent. One brief, one set of artwork checks and one quote mean fewer chances of a logo being slightly different on every item. Where jobs share paper or run together, bundling can also give us room to quote more sensibly, although that depends on the products involved.

Bundles are especially handy when you are opening a business, launching a branch, preparing for a season or reprinting a stale set of stationery.

Think about how long each item will last. Business cards and flyers are used faster than letterheads or folders. A realistic estimate prevents both running out and storing boxes of outdated material. Avoid putting dates, phone numbers or prices on items you plan to keep for a long time.

• Flag items with a hard deadline.
• Tell us which items are most important if you need to stagger the order.

Send your logo as a vector file and your text for each item. We can lay out matching designs across the package; design help is quoted separately. Timing depends on the items included, capacity and approvals, and is confirmed on the written quote, and quick items can sometimes be separated so you get them sooner.
