Board choice decides strength and feel. Lighter folding carton suits retail packs, corrugated board suits shipping, and rigid board gives a gift-box feel. Surface finishes such as matt or gloss lamination, spot varnish or foil effects can be quoted where the board and process allow.

Give us internal dimensions: length, width and height of the product with a little room. We will supply a dieline, the flat template showing folds and glue tabs. Artwork goes on this template as vector files with the necessary bleed; keep logos and text clear of folds.

• Measure the product, not the old box.
• List any barcodes, legal text and brand marks you need.
• Ask for a white sample or mock-up before a full run if the fit is tight.

Custom boxes are made to order, so die tools, board and finishes affect cost and timing. Quantities and minimums are stated on the written quote, and timing is confirmed after artwork approval.
