How ordering print works, from first message to finished job
Ordering print should not feel like guesswork, so here is how it works. Here is how a job moves through our shop, what we need from you at each stage, and where you can save time by having things ready early.

How ordering works: briefing us properly
A good brief has five things: what the item is, how many you need, the size, where it will be used and the date you need it. With those we can recommend a material, suggest finishing and tell you honestly whether your deadline is realistic.
Use the quote form to send the brief with your artwork, or chat and WhatsApp if you would rather talk it through. If you are unsure about options, say so; comparing two or three specifications on a quote is normal.
Proofs and approval
Before production begins you confirm the artwork and the specification. Check spelling, phone numbers, email addresses, colours and image quality carefully, because once an approved job is printed, errors in supplied or approved artwork are the client's responsibility.
If your files need work, we can tidy them or design from scratch, quoted separately. See the artwork guidelines to avoid delays.
Production and collection
Production starts once artwork is approved and payment has been arranged as stated on your quote. Fast turnaround is possible on many products, subject to capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline.
When your order is ready, collect it from our Rivonia shop after confirming it is ready, or ask for delivery to be quoted. More detail is on the delivery and collection page.

Frequently asked questions
Do I pay before printing starts?
Payment terms are stated on each quote. Many jobs need payment or a deposit before production, so check the quote and ask if anything is unclear.
Can I change my order after approving?
Tell us straight away. Changes may be possible before production starts, but once printing begins changes or cancellations can carry costs or be impossible.
How can I make my job faster?
Send the full brief and print-ready artwork early, approve quickly, settle payment and confirm your deadline. Those four things most affect turnaround.
Will I see a proof?
We confirm the artwork and specification with you before production. If you want a particular proof format, ask when requesting your quote.
