Uniform printing and branding for staff and teams

Ask us about branding for office and retail staff, restaurant and hospitality teams, security and cleaning crews, trades and construction workwear, sports teams and clubs, and event crews. Typical garments include polo shirts, T-shirts, golfers, hoodies, jackets, vests, aprons and caps.

We can quote the garments and the branding together, or brand items you already own. Options we can quote include supplying blanks in your colours, matching the logo across different garment types, and adding names or departments to individual items.

The best method depends on the garment and the logo. As a rule of thumb:

• Embroidery suits polos, jackets, fleeces and caps, and holds up to heavy washing.
• Screen printing is good value for larger runs of T-shirts and workwear with simple logos.
• DTF handles multi-colour logos and mixed fabrics in smaller quantities.
• Sublimation suits polyester sports kit and all-over designs.

Tell us the quantity and how the uniform will be used, and we will confirm the right mix on the quote.

Uniform orders go wrong over size lists more often than artwork, so a little preparation pays off.

• Send a list of garment types with sizes and quantities per size, plus any names to be added.
• Specify logo positions, for example left chest on polos and back print on jackets.
• Note which colours each garment should be, and whether logos change on dark and light garments.

Supply vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF or CDR) or a high-resolution PNG, and approve the proof before production starts. If you need an extra size for new staff later, ask us to keep your artwork on file.

Uniform timing depends on garment availability, the number of items, the method chosen and how busy production is. We confirm a timeline on the written quote and do not promise a date before the artwork is approved. If you have a start date for new staff or a team event, tell us early so we can plan around it.
