What to include for an accurate quote
The more specific the brief, the sooner we can quote properly. Here is what helps for each kind of job.
- Printed paper items: product, finished size, paper or board type if you have a preference, single or double sided, colour or black and white, finishing such as lamination or folding, and quantity.
- Clothing and fabric: garment type, sizes and quantities per size, garment colours, number of print positions, and your logo or design.
- Banners, flags and signs: size, material, indoor or outdoor use, how it will be mounted or hung, and whether installation is needed.
- Packaging and bags: dimensions, material, quantity, number of colours and any special requirements.
Always add your deadline. If it is tight, say so at the start so we can check capacity before quoting.

Uploading your artwork
You can attach up to five files of 25 MB each. Accepted formats are PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, TIFF, PSD, CDR and ZIP. Print-ready PDF or vector files are best; see our artwork guidelines for sizing, bleed and colour tips.

After you submit
We check your details and artwork, and may come back with a question or two, for example about size, stock or finishing. Then we send a written quote that you can approve, query or adjust. Production starts once artwork is approved and payment is arranged as stated on the quote. Read how it works for the full process.

Is the quote free?
Quotes are sent in writing after you share your requirements. If design work or artwork changes are needed, those are quoted separately so each part is clear.
How long until I get my quote?
We reply as soon as we can, depending on how many requests are in and how complete your details are. Complete briefs with artwork attached are quoted fastest.
Can I request a quote through WhatsApp or chat?
Yes. You can use the on-site chat or WhatsApp if you prefer, and send the same details. The form is handy when you want to upload several files at once.
What if I am not sure of the exact size or quantity?
Give us your best estimate or describe the purpose. We can suggest sizes and quantities, and quote a couple of alternatives so you can compare.
