This sign shows that a safety harness and lifelines is to be worn to protect a person from injury in the event of possibly falling when working at certain heights.
The safety sign is to insure that harness and lifelines is to be used for ‘fall arrest’, ‘work restraint’ and/or ‘rope access’.
This safety sign is often placed on the scaffolding. Refer to the other sign section for ‘Scaffolding Safe’ and ‘Scaffolding Unsafe’ signs, i.e. (C16), (MV34).
